Refund

1. NO REFUNDS FOR COMPLETED SERVICES

At Dum Dum Karate & Yoga Academy, our services are provided with the utmost care, and payment is collected only after the completion of each session. Due to the nature of our services, once a service has been rendered and payment has been made, we do not offer refunds.

This policy helps us maintain the quality of our services and ensures fairness to all our instructors and clients.

2. CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel a scheduled session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. While we do not offer refunds, timely cancellations may allow for rescheduling based on availability.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before a scheduled session, you may be charged a cancellation fee at our discretion.

3. RESCHEDULING POLICY

We understand that schedules can change. In cases where advance notice is given (at least 24 hours before the scheduled session), we are happy to assist with rescheduling your session based on our availability.

Note: We encourage clients to reschedule instead of canceling sessions.

4. REFUNDS DUE TO SERVICE ISSUES

5. EXCEPTIONS

Exceptions to this policy may apply only in special circumstances, such as unavoidable cancellations by Dum Dum Karate & Yoga Academy. In such cases, we may issue a refund or credit at our sole discretion.
